I have been checking for resources and information to help with my thesis statement. I am writing about "Should law enforcement use psychic's". This has been very time consuming, and hard to find at first but I kept searching and finally I found some articles, books, and there are television shows on the subject as well. I am not into writing and this is going to be real challenging for me. I hope I do well, and if anyone could give me some pointers I would greatly appreciate it!

Hello. I almost picked your topic as well but I found another that I liked better. I think your topic is a very interesting one and should be ok to write about. I am not a big writer either. I am ok writing one and two page papers but the longer papers I have such a problem with. I do not think that I can ever write that much and I never know when to start. I chose to write on government coverups of ufo's. When I first researched this topic I felt like I would not be able to write a paper that long and try to make someone believe what I am writing. The thing that worked for me is just research your topic one source at a time and take a piece of paper and write down everything that you think is important. I did not organize them I just wrote it on the line and the next line I wrote the next thing. And before I knew it I had all kinds of things that I could write and make it 5-7 pages. This is what worked for me. I mean from some sources I got two pages of just information and that will go along way. Try that and see if it helps it did for me. Good Luck!!!!
I like you topic. I agree I had a very hard time finding information related to my topic "can one communicate with the dead". I'm not into writting either, it was very difficult for me to focus and find the information I needed as well. I like watching shows on the paranormal so I didn't think it would be such a challenge to write about it but I am having a very hard time with it. However, I think watching some of the TV shows has helped me more with my research and gave me different ways to look for sources. Good luck to you on your paper.
